Rare Art Nouveau locket
Depicting a Muse goddess playing a lyre

An exquisite Art Nouveau period locket in classical form depicting a
goddess of music known as a "Muse". It has a mellow wear to it
and is in excellent condition. It dates  to before 1905 somewhere
around 1900 a real treasure. It measures 26mm tall without the top
ring x over 22mm wide.

This is a truly lovely agate cameo carved by a master who in the
tradition of the goddess conveys serenity, beauty and stately
dignity. Her style and the use of the safety catch on the pin denote
Edwardian period from the early 1900's  though they started using
this particular type of safety catch in 1896. 35mm x 23 1/2 mm.

A beautiful Art Nouveau Polynesian goddess  pin
in 14 karat gold
c. 1900-1910
A lovely and rare Art Nouveau pin studded with natural pearls. The
gold has a very nice tones. Her face and hair have two different
shades of rich yellow gold. The motif is that of a Polynesian
goddess of the  Hawaiian islands. The original C clasp has been
replaced with a quality safety clasp. It measures 35mm wide the
head itself is 16 & 1/2mm tall.
A very rare figural dogs and boy brooch
in 14 karat tri-colored gold
c.1880-1900
An exquisite and extremely rare figural dog motif brooch done in
three colors of gold. One poodle is in rose gold and the other is a
deep golden yellow gold and a very charming boy in another shade
of gold! Very wearable and collectible. It measures 45mm wide
and the boy is 26mm tall.

A rare Art Nouveau rose gold locket at a bargain price depicting a
flowing haired lady often connected with the goddess of the moon
or the goddess of nature casting her gaze upon a diamond star.

A very rare Art Nouveau goddess locket
in 14 karat gold

A lovely Art Nouveau rose gold locket depicting a flowing haired
lady often connected with the goddess of the moon or the goddess
of nature. She casts her gaze upon a diamond star. The condition
is poor due to wear and has some dents. The door opens and
snaps closed securely and perfectly. This is a lovely locket and
extremely rare due to the depiction of naked breasts, a real
collectible treasure measuring 25mm in diameter.

A very rare native American motif locket depicting Pokahontas  
gazing at the moon with her village in the distance. This is a truly
lovely and scarce piece of jewelry in top condition. It measures

A very rare Art Nouveau  Indian goddess

This is an extremely rare historic motif brooch. She is the goddess
of Liberty in an Indian headdress. Its missing some of the smaller  
natural pearls and has a replaced clasp on the back that was done
sloppy but it is a great piece that is totally wearable and collectible.
It has a hook on the back that was used for a chatelaine chain,
watch or a locket. It measures 35mm in diameter.

A lovely and rare Art Nouveau equestrian brooch depicting two
horses within a horseshoe nail in an Art Nouveau curve pattern set
with a diamond at its tip. Beautiful toning and original C clasp
make this a very nice treasure for any collection. It measures

A very rare imperial Chinese phoenix bird
in 20 karat gold filagree
c.1900-1920
An extremely rare imperial Chinese phoenix done in the finest gold
filagree. The superior workmanship is a great representation of the
end of an era known as the Qing (Ching) dynasty  of the Chinese
empire. It has the 20 karat gold mark on it. A wonderful addition to a
collection and very wearable. It measures 41mm wide x over
17mm tall at its center.
A very rare Art Nouveau goddess locket

The emergence out of the Victorian era ending in 1901 provides us
with this very rare Art Nouveau goddess locket with a gorgeous
high relief image of the emerging liberated woman of the times,
This is from before WW1 and represents what would become the
image of the 1920's flapper. She wears a lovely diadem of
diamonds on her headband. Art Nouveau derives from nature itself  
as well as myth, the image on this locket represents the goddess
of nature.  Art nouveau depicts the feminine as goddess, the
incarnation of nature herself. Art Nouveau solid gold lockets like
this are even rarer than the pins. It measures 27mm in diameter.
